Jaime is a fantastic business coach. He is knowledgable in business acumen and success mindset. He helped me with overcoming certain blocks that was preventing me from propelling my business and career to the next level and access the resources that was inside me all along. I’d recommend Jamie if you are business owner or starting a business and looking for a great coach!

I have witnessed first hand Jaime's enthusiasm for supporting people to overcome and resolve their issues and challenges. He works in such a way has to bring out the best in others with ease and a gentle confidence.

I have been dealing with anxiety the past few years. I’m not one to talk about any problems I may be facing and will normally just hope that they will go away on their own. The smallest thing could make me anxious to the point I would not go into a shop because a stranger was standing outside, I would just drive home and order a takeaway.I began to study nursing in September 2018, this is where my anxiety grew and any new task bought on a panic attack. I began avoiding these tasks and allowed it to overcome me, becoming depressed and not a nice person the be around. I had a panic attack in the first week on my first work placement, this made me very anxious for my next one as I was afraid this would happen again.I have had one session with Jaime before Christmas. He made me feel comfortable, spoke about the things that made me anxious and reasons why I do not want to be anxious any longer. Jaime gave me some anxiety exercises to do from home for the following weeks.I am now on my second work placement in my second week. I have had no anxiety or panic attack’s. I have gone outside my comfort zone and have met some amazing people due to not being afraid to start a simple conversation.I will be having a follow up session with Jaime. But I feel like a completely different person for the better and I am so grateful for what he has done for me.
