This company are amazing . From my initial telephone contact speaking to Claire to book my valuation . Claire was beyond helpful . She was reassuring ( as selling one’s property can be anxiety provoking ) . Alan came to value my property. He was down to earth , honest and very easy to talk to . I did not feel under pressure to sell the house with him . He gave me no sales jargon . He was efficient and did not waffle .He gave me positive constructive advice about how to make the property more attractive to potential buyers . Nothing that would break the bank .He also explained the theory behind the house market and why he valued my property as he did . This was very helpful . I felt no pressure at all . Alan and Claire were brilliant . I will not be going to any other Estate Agent for a valuation as I completely trusted Alan’s valuation and advice . Absolutely disgraceful service. Incapable of doing basic tasks which cost the sale of my father's property after 6 months of nothingness.Then have the gall to continue to advertise it after their contract had been terminated.Use at your peril

On the sales side, we found them to be upbeat and enthusiastic, whilst at the same time honest. They weren't just saying what they thought we might want to hear - but had the right approach to sell a house. The photographer they used is superb and definitely showed the house to its best advantage.
