Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford

I have been employed by Radfield Homecare Havering as a Carer for only five months. I love my job as a Carer but over the years I have found Care Companies poor employers in most aspects. All make promise of caring for their Carers as well as Clients but experience has shown this is rarely the case, as I'm sure many Carers will all too sadly recognise here. However, five months in at Radfield Homecare I now not only love my job but love also this amazing Company I work for. From the start of my employment with Radfield I have experienced genuine care, support and a strong team spirit which has remained consistent throughout. Care for Clients is second to none which is supported and encouraged by Radfield to allow Carers to provide the level of service and care that is all too often frustratingly cut short by companies who put profit before care. Unexpectedly, I have recently experienced poor health myself but am receiving all the care and support that is offorded to Radfield Homecare Clients, expediating my recovery, wellbeing and sense of job security. I cannot praise Radfield Homecare Havering more highly as an employer and homecare provider.

Radfield Home Care have a fantastic team, who are friendly and helpful. The company have a strong community presence and they care about the area they are based in. It is a pleasure to be a fellow business working alongside them.
