We recently purchased a house in Dorset and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Mike Harvey and his team at Nantes Solicitors who are based in Bridport. The level of professionalism, the efficiency of the process and the accuracy of all communication with Nantes was quite exceptional. Most remarkable was the speed with which our transaction occurred. We viewed our new house on Wednesday morning and had our offer accepted and instructed Nantes that afternoon/evening. We completed the purchase by the close of play the following Tuesday. Yes, four working days from viewing to completion, which was one day before stamp duty holiday cut off, and all without any fuss or drama. A massive thanks from us to Mike and his team who we can wholeheartedly recommend.
