This was my first ever massage jo was so lovely and really helped to loosen my shoulders,she gave me some good advice on some apps to use to relax, I have never slept so well, definitely going back.

Wow! I had an amazing massage from the wonderfully skilled Jo this evening. She found tension I never realised I had and massaged it away in her beautiful treatment room. Jo was super friendly and highly knowledgeable, offering top tips for keeping me as tension and stress free as possible. Can't wait for my next visit!
