Aim Assessments

I received a response very quickly from the team and was quickly booked in for an assessment. Everybody was very kind and approachable, and made the process very easy and stress-free. The team have been able to speed things up for me as I am in my last year of university which has been very helpful.

Very helpful people, friendly, understanding and informative people.I made use of a Video Consultation during Covid-19 and this was very relaxed, didn't feel overwhelming and the lady made me feel at ease from the beginning of the meeting.Everything was explained to me and I felt that my input was important and taking into account, there was much more help available than I realized and am feeling much more positive about the next years study due to the help and equipment I am eligible for.I was kept in the loop throughout the procedure with copies of information and emails about next steps, etc.I would highly recommend anyone using AIM that needs to have assessments done and I would be looking to use in the future should I require any further information / assessment.

It was really easy to apply for an assessment and I was kept well informed through detailed emails right up until I had my assessment. The assessor (Pauline) was so friendly and supportive and made me feel at ease throughout the whole session.

They responded quickly, got an appointment within the next week. The assessment was great. I have a hard time accepting that I have a learning difficulty but the assessor I had (Peter) was great. Not only did he start me on a path towards better study, providing tools and talking about what I need, but he gave me an internal validation of myself and my needs that I think will serve me for years to come. I had a really pleasant experience with Aim Assessment, the process was easy to follow and the staff are so helpful. Specifically my needs assessor Pauline was one of the most loveliest people I have ever met. She dealt with my situation in such a warm and kind way, giving me more help than I ever expected:)
