I’ve had my Cupra Born for about 3 months now.From the initial purchase it’s been a pleasure, these guys have some of the best customer service I have come across within car dealerships, and I’ve had lots of cars over the years.I will be back when the time comes to update this, but loving the car so far. Excellent customer service from Ellie, Harry and Dan. Managed to get me booked in at short notice when my local dealership couldn't for an oil service to avoid me going over my service mileage on contract hire. Work carried out quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain everything that had been carried out. Free coffee and the showroom was immaculate, and the car was clean when handed back. Will happily return for the next service.

Another great experience with the Servicing team. My Leon went in today for an MOT. Great communication start to finish, Great customer service from Ashleigh and the rest of the team as usual. Car was washed and ready for collection at the time I was given. Seriously cannot fault this dealership at all. I've moved around and used different Seat dealerships, by far the best I have ever used! Highly recommend for all your Seat needs.

Amazing service from Seat. Took my Leon FR in for a few little issues after I’d purchased the car, David from service was really helpful and friendly, he provided me with a courtesy car on both occasions and always kept me informed of the progress. My original issue wasn’t fixed on the first visit, I understand these things happen. David promptly booked me in again for the next week and provided me a very nice courtesy car! I feel he went over and above to provide great service. hopefully when I get my car back it will be fixed. (I also gave your car a clean)

Great Service, Purchased my Seat Leon on Sunday with Vinnie who was amazing! Exceptional customer service . Today was the only day I could have collected my car on short notice and Vinnie made sure it was ready for me once i arrived. Very nice gesture from Seat for letting me drive away with some complimentary fuel as well to make sure I got home .

Bought a Formentor from these guys last Sunday, Stefan dealt with my deal perfectly, everything I asked he answered spot on, death with everything super quick. Kane did my hand over, great guy... I was gutted to see my Leon cupra 290 go but times change. Big up lads.

Having gone through buying multiple cars over the years I can honestly say this has been the best experience with a dealer I've ever had. Stefan was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Clued up on everything I wanted to know, easy going and professional as well as very quick to get things sorted and questions answered. Picking up my Cupra Formentor VZ2 today was an absolute dream. The custom video sent the day before to show you the car and get you excited was a brilliant touch. If you are considering a car with these guys speak to Stefan.

Very good experience from start to finish with all the guys involved.Saw the car that i wanted far away on the Peterborough website part of Marshall , within 3 days they brought it to Oxford, gave it a good clean and part exchanged my other car.Stefan Brava was my main sales contact who made the process even easier.You get many bonuses if you get your car from these guys ! No doubt I'll be using them again !P.s. you get free coffee and hot chocolate for life whenever you visit them !
