Fantastic service that went over and above expectations. Super knowledgable and will certainly use again.After finding online, contacted via WhatsApp he came out the next day to check the bike and assess the work. Booked in for the following week to compete the full recondition of my bike. Turned up on time, and went over and above my expectations. Bike looks and feels like new! Very happy with the work completed and a lovely chap too.

I highly recommend this business. Bike was picked up in the morning, price agreed upon before the work started and dropped off later in full working oder and cleaned. There was no BS, there was no trying to upsell any parts etc. The price was half of what halfords quoted and they couldn't book my bike in for three months. Will be using Boing Bicycles when my bike next needs a service.

Absolutely fantastic. I noticed my chain was about to snap. Contacted Jonny and within 24 hours he'd fixed it, early enough (he arrived at 7.45am!) that I could ride it to work. No messing around having to transport the bike to a shop. The bike runs smoother now than it ever has. I think *finally* I have found a bike mechanic I keep wanting to go back to!

Great service. Jonny is helpful, knowledgeable and doesn't let a bit of rain stop him. I don't know a huge amount about bike maintenance and he explained what was being replaced and why, and gave some great advice on how to look after things. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again.

Jonny serviced both my wife's and my Trek racing bikes in January 2019 - after some heavy milage. He did a brilliant job, easy to communicate with, came to the house at a time that suited and tuned both bikes excellently. Brilliant service and will be using again! Thanks!

Came and assessed my bike turns out there was nothing wrong with it but didn’t try robing me or telling me something for the sake of it.Went through everything in great detail and was really knowledgeable!! An excellent service on my 2 bikes. One I hadn't ridden for a couple of years and another that wasn't that old but had a few things wrong. Both are like new and ride well and I'm able to stop. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
