Carbon Flush - Mobile DPF Cleaning

What a top guy Mark is! Despite me living in Manchester, Mark spent more than 2 hours (on separate occasions) on the phone to me, advising me etc with no financial gain for himself.I have chatted with MANY mechanics over the years and, I have to say, Mark is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable that I have ever dealt with. After buying a used car and making sure it's servicing was up to date the car wasn't quite running right and was a little down on mpg. Had a basic OBD scan which reported a DPF pressure fault. Contacted Carbon Flush, who quickly responded with advice on options and experience. Mark arranged a time to visit that suited and spent a full morning diagnosing and explaining the reasons for the issues. The dpf clean and complete engine carbon were carried out, and sensor changed before final diagnostic drive with computer monitoring to ensure all work was successful. This guy knows his stuff. Sorted out my Disco Sport that had gone straight to DPF full with no prior warning. Instead of just cleaning he ran full diagnostics and we took the car for a good drive whilst he forced a regen, managing to get the soot levels to almost zero. Thanks to doing it this way he was able to spot another small issue that was causing failed regens , this would have been missed with just a clean. Great experiencing dealing with Mark regarding symptoms of blocked DPF with my Audi A5. On the initial call Mark spent time to understand the problem and provided some guidance to troubleshoot. I have then booked him for PDF and engine carbon clean. Must say I was impressed with the attention to detail from Mark to troubleshoot and carry out a service. Additionality he has explained every part part of what he was doing and what it meant. He has also carried out additional actions to the car with out a charge and took the car for a 40 mile drive to ensure codes are clear and the car is healthy. Highly recommend for a specialist care.
