Felt very let down by this company especially ParminderWe payed them a considerable amount of money and they let us down.They failed to deliver the finalised visualisations that would have been incredibly easy for them but instead left us with incomplete work.Total waste of money and in my view very unprofessional arrogant attitude.

Highly recommended, We are large portfolio landlords, with in excess of 100 HMO rooms across more than 20 properties in the midlands. We have used Parm exclusively across our pipeline of developments across the city, he and his fabulous team have been instrumental in delivering excellent quality drawings which are highly detailed, and a wealth of planning knowledge to help navigate through our planning applications and building regulations. It is a highly professional outfit, with great people always willing to help, they have helped us tremendously as we aggressively expand our portfolio further.

I have been very impressed with Drawing Desk over the 5 years that I have used them.I met Parminder in 2017 when I was looking for an architect to draw up some designs for a very tricky residential / commercial property conversion. This was complicated by the fact it was a listed building.I felt that Parminder understood my wants and needs very well. I had spoken to other architects but I felt Parminder 's ideas made better use of space. Parminder was great at liaising with the council and myself, until we got the planning application passed.Since then I have since used Drawing Desk for two other large projects (both residential and commercial), including a project that was successfully won on appeal by the Planning Inspectorate. This was a real battle, but it would not have been possible without Parminder!I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Drawing Desk to others who need architectural services, and I will be using their services again in future on my next project.

I contracted Parminder in 2018 to help design and submit full plans for our large kitchen extension and internal home changes. He was reliable, speedy in responses and professional. Got plans approved and handled the work well. Good service! All building works completed a while ago and we enjoying now!

I have known Parminder for a few years now and witnessed some of the projects that he has undertaken and decided that Parminder was the architect that we wanted to use. We asked him to draw up some plans for a new five meter single story extension and a loft conversion to our property, Parminder came up with some excellent plans and submitted them to our local council and we are waiting the outcome of the planning application.Up-to-date. We are extremely happy with the service of Parminder and the drawing desk.

My wife and I engaged Parm to come up with ideas/plans to redevelop our garage/games room and extend our kitchen space. He listened sympathetically to our differing views and came up with an acceptable solution. He and his team then smoothly sorted the planning process and diligently helped overcome issues with a certain Water Company…the support and advice is ongoing during the Build..happy to recommend Drawing Desk
