Yvette has been amazing throughtout my whole time with her, super friendly & very easy to talk to! She’s very knowledgable and you can see how passionate she is about what she does which is great to see! Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made going to see her and would highly recommend her to anyone that was looking!

Can't thank Yvette enough for what she has done for me! I first saw her nearly 2 months ago and I really was all over the place with anxiety, I now feel like a human being and am content in myself. Yvette taught me how to deal with things and I put them into practise if I have a down day and I know she is at the end of a phone if I need help! Many thanks, lovely lady.

Such a relaxed and comfortable environment. I felt at ease with Yvette from the first session. She listens and you always feel heard. Discuss whatever you want without judgement. Yes, you have to put the work in too but Yvette has turned my life around and I am me again.

Empathy, compassion & Yvettes own life experiences have been paramount in my progress, and ability to now meet life on lifes terms. Yvette is a fantastic councillor. Very perceptive, sympathetic, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in the support she offered me during my councelling with her. I have suffered with anxiety for many years which has detrimentally affected my life. Until now. Yvette has turned that all around through her councelling advice and support. I highly recommend Yvette. Not only does she know her stuff, but she is empathetic, down-to-earth and friendly. Yvette provided me with an insight into my own behaviors and programming. This understanding combined with light homework exercises and links to helpful resources helped me evolve and move forward. Although still a work in progress, huge progress has definitely been made and I feel much more positive and empowered.Thanks again Yvette x
