The team at CMA are always a pleasure to work with and always go above and beyond to help and ensure the process is as smooth as possible. They have a great range of tableware and equipment available and are always bringing in beautiful new pieces!

We used CMA for an 80th birthday party being held in Norwich last year. Unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, patient and everything was delivered on time and on budget - and looked fantastic! Excellent in every sense.

I booked chairs and tables fromCMA for my wedding. They arrived filthy, broken and chair covers were missing which caused so much stress. They agreed to replace the tables which were equally filthy and marked despite being advertised as “naked tables”. They offered no apology for this and it took several weeks and lots of chasing to get the deposit returned. Would not use again.

The whole team at CMA hire are brilliant! We hired tables, chairs, tableware (and heaps more) for our wedding this year. The communication and organisation was very reassuring and efficient. We loved visiting and seeing everything in person, where we were given great advice on what to hire and quantities etc. The delivery and pick-up was all straight forward. The equipment on the day looked great! And all at a really competitive price. Would definitely use CMA again and can highly recommend.

We organised our own wedding in our local village hall, using fabulous local suppliers for the food, flowers, cake, transport etc. Via our caterers, we hired 8 tables, basic crockery, cutlery, glass wear and napkins from CMA for 40 people, costing over £600. We were given a delivery slot of 1-4pm on the Friday before our wedding. After numerous phone calls, our tables arrived at 6:40pm, because the driver had apparently taken the wrong route - bearing in mind we live 15 minutes from CMA. The tables arrived dirty, covered in food and sticky drink spills and marks. As they arrived so late, we had to put them into position and lay them at speed, with no time to clean them. After attaching place names to napkins, we finally left the hall at 8:30pm, the night before our wedding, stressed and completely wired.I emailed CMA with this experience and eventually received an apology after a follow-up email requesting a response in 7 days. I asked for a refund for the delivery fee in-light of this experience and have not heard back.I imagine late delivery and dirty tables may not seem important when they typically deal with larger events organised by commercial venues.  Nonetheless, we put a huge amount of effort into our small event and sadly it was only CMA that let us down.Appalling service and customer service.

We used CMA Hire for our wedding at Hengrave Hall on 2nd Dec 2022 - they were incredible throughout the whole process and the tablewear/cutlery were stunning. Thank you so much for making our day that much more stylish! X

Fantastic service from start to finish. They saved the day for an event which had to be reorganised at last minute. Jo and Natalie in the office are both superb and extremely helpful. The chairs themselves were beautiful and such good value for money. Would highly recommend!!

CMA supplied all the table ware for our wedding. The service was impeccable. I throughly enjoyed choosing all the different elements with help from Emily, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend. CMA were brilliant for our wedding day. We organised the crockery ourselves, and they made quite an overwhelming task a far more pleasant experience. They've got a great range of products, and they are pretty hot on communication, and should something not be available, they will always look to find you a great alternative. Would definitely recommend them!
