I have never received a response however the rubbish is now gone.The house front and back gardens are a mess and if I was the homeowner I wouldn't be happy with who was placed in the property and the state the property is in which I assume does come under your remitHaving all the issues with the tenant as a neighbour I should be the one receiving an apology!

Recently rented a property through Knights and dealt with Lewis and some of his team. As a lettings agency I cannot fault them. Good selection of properties to rent in great parts of Berkhamsted and I was called back promptly and taken to each viewing on time and as agreed -the agent was patient with my dozens questions. They weren't annoyingly pushy like other estate agents on the high street there. Will use again.
