Absolutely disgraceful. Rang for an appointment for grandchild of 1 year old. Her mother had already tried in the morning for 2 days to be told no appointments available.I rang when I got to my grandchild's house at about 1.45 / 2pm, as soon as my daughters told me she was really worried for my grand daughter temp, lathargic, in &out of sleep, irregular wet and soiled nappies and generally not herself also informed the receptionist of these symptoms when she called Mon & Tues morning, for the receptionist to say sorry no appointments, ring in the morning.I rang myself for my daughter informed them that my daughter had tried to get an appointment for my grand daughter, informed her of symptoms to be told same .......... No appointments available so I requested for her to be put on emergency duty Dr list .... Sorry no appointments available, again.Informed her so your telling me you can't put a poorly baby on d/d list, receptionist informed me that the drs have said not to put anymore on the list as were over capacitated.I informed the receptionist once again that this is medical emergency and needs a Dr to look at, or at least speak to her mum...... Baby not eating, drinking, temp, less wet nappies. I requested to speak to someone higher to be told no one available. And that my daughter should ring 111/ a&e.My reply was so your expecting a very poorly baby to sit for hours up on end in a hospital full of germs and waiting to be seen.....her reply Yes we have no appointments and drs have requested to take no more patients on the list. .Absolutely disgraceful for a baby of 1 year old.I informed the receptionist I work in a surgery and as a receptionist I would never decline a baby an appointment. To be told well that's not how our surgery works. My job has a go receptionist is to help patients not to take clinical matters into my own hands. If were told it's a medical emergency, on the list they go for the Dr to decide. My daughter did ring 111 only asked 2 questions and they informed us she was sending for an ambulance and is on its way now, as she feels needs urgent attention and came to the house within 5 mins of putting phone down then was also blue lighted to hospital.(This is how urgent my grandchild needed GP attention) This may have been avoided if my daughter and I was listened too and had been put on a GP's list when my daughter first rang in the first place.

Really appalling automated service to be in a queue of 20 for queries is absolutely disgusting. & highfield is just the same - you need to improve the telephone system! I clearly told the receptionist that they need to prescribe the medication that the pharmacy have in stock & instead the doctors has given me something that is not in stock when I clearly said this to the receptionist over the phone & this has carried on since last Friday & today is Tuesday the 21st March & they have no understanding that the pharmacy has to order my medication & it takes a whole day for a doctor to sign in it & then to be in a queue to clear up the mess & when I have blurred vision as it is.. you gave more stress to patients like myself

Can honestly say ive been registered at this doctors for years and I cant fault them at all. They always fit me or my children in when needed, the receptionists are all lovely and very welcoming. They don't ask for your life story before booking you an appointment. Dr Ramsay the mental health practitioner is amazing and very understanding. 10/10

Due to meds prescribed runs out in pharmacys have been told to call practice for alternative med for my 4y daughter. I called and receptionist was rude telling me to ring pharmacy and ask them what they have and call practise back so they can see what can be prescribed. Also spend an hour for prescription and been told after my daugher is not registered with pharmacy, so they registered her. after I run from pharmacy to practice because med was out of stock they change capacity of med and told me just after handed it to me last bottle is gone as well totally joke. Queing system not operate anymore. 100+ call for a week with line busy all day even when u get through apoitments are full.

As a long-standing patient at this GP surgery, I am deeply disappointed with the consistently poor service I have received. The recurring issues with the reception staff's incompetence have been beyond frustrating and concerning. One of the primary roles of a receptionist is to handle patient inquiries efficiently, yet the staff here hardly seem to possess basic information. When calling for essential results, I encountered sheer incompetence. The receptionist's response of I don't know who will send the results to you" is not only unacceptable but also reflects a lack of training and professionalism. Patients should not be left in the dark about their own medical information due to staff ignorance.Booking an appointment at this surgery has become an impossible task over the years. The unavailability of appointments has forced me into seeking help from A&E

I'd give less stars if I could. My girlfriend rang 280 times yesterday from 8-9am nothing there's just a few beeps and the phone line goes dead. Same again today between the same times. And also tried calling myself now and still the same beeping. What's the point in having a phone system if you cannot get through?! This is infuriating and we are in desperate need for an appointment. Joke of a practice from my first experience

Visited Dr Priya Prasad on the 28th September after a recent diagnosis. She was very friendly, thorough and gave me all the advice I needed and also arranged a further referral.

Went in to collect results, as per a text message i received. Not only did the Dr come out to give me the results, the Dr also went through the results with me. Was very reassuring, thorough and helpful. Thank you Dr Chellam
