Superb care from Alice O’Sullivan at Barrow Hill. Double appointment for my cat and dog, everything sorted and explained so diligently and carefully. My pets were so happy at the appointment they made themselves at home. Alice obviously loves animals and has great knowledge. Thank you

Recently traveled to Ashford from Margate for a ultrasound and biopsy for Dudley our Bernese Mountain dog and all of the staff were the loviest most caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Toni who was just lovely, gave us clear and informed information throughout the day, took care of me and my other dog when our car broke down on hottest day of year, giving us refreshments and a nice cool room to wait in and has since advised on a more local practice to us with the same ethics as them for Dudleys required follow up treatment for a severe prostate infection (not cancer as advised by my previous vet!). If we lived in the area she would definitely be our chosen vet. So refreshing to meet a vet who’s main concern is the animals welfare and not money. Thank you for restoring my faith x

Always a warm welcome and the vets explain everything and reassure you throughout the appointment. We have used Barrowhill vets in Ashford for over 9 years and are very happy with the service. Yes things have changed in that time but they have at every vets in the country due to lack of available qualified vets. We will definitely stick with Barrowhill Ashford branch.

Can not fault Barrow Hill Veterinary Centre. The reception staff are always Friendly Knowledable and Patient. The Vets are Static and seldom Locums so a degree of rapport can be built between Client and Vet. A special Vet to us is Graham. A Pure Gentleman. So thank You Graham and Team. Susan. XX

All my dogs over the years have enjoyed visiting Barrow Hill Vets. A very friendly place - why would I ever change ?

Recently had a small op on our 11 year old dog. Dog was dropped off at 8:30 and we was able to be able to collect her by 2 o'clock that day. Great team on site and the after care so far has been brilliant. We now have a very happy healthy poochie

Thought my dog was on deaths door, Barrow Hill were very responsive and dealt with situation expertly with care and professionalism. thank you Barrow Hill for your support.There was nothing wrong with my dog, she is now fine.

We sadly had our cat put to sleep this morning. The care from vet Marcos was brilliant. The receptionist was also sensitive to our needs and put a phone call on hold so we could pay our bill and leave the building so to speak. Always had good service over the years.

Thank you on behalf of our family for your support, sympathetic, professionalism during the pain process, it was a difficult time to say goodbye to our Georgous boy Odie he is a and always will be a big part of our lives, but unfortunately old age caught up with him. Thank you to Vets Toni Skinner and Nicole Hitter who were caring and understood how hard it was and still is for us also the Reception staff who were very kind.
