Very professional. Straight from when I contacted him, he asked the correct questions and made sure that he had as much information on the problem as possible. Came on the agreed day and time, fixed the problem that was on a very tricky and inaccessible spot very quickly and effectively. Very gentle and pleasant as well. I Definitely recommend him and will be my first choice in the future if need be.

We had a problem with our emersion heater so called Dave.He was with us the next day where he immediately diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day and fixed the problem for us. As always he was polite and professional and a joy to deal with. A really nice bloke and a cracking plumber.

Dave was a star... arranged to view the jobs and we agreed a price and a date (only a few days later). He did a few jobs for me... including a new kitchen mixer tap fitted and new toilet cistern fitted in main bathroom.Punctual, pleasant, tidy...everything was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Dave made a prompt reply to my original call for help and arrived the next day, having kept me informed about his arrival time. He quickly and efficiently repaired a leaking cistern at a reasonable price. Dave is friendly and personable and I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem.

I discovered a leaking stop tap at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted Dave Bates and sent photographs of the tap. He said he could replace the tap and came to my house within an hour. By 4pm the tap had been changed and the problem resolved. Excellent service and I was very pleased and relieved with the result.

Dave removed our old bath and fitted a new bath for us. He visited prior to carrying out the work to be able to provide an accurate quote. He managed to fit the job in very quickly due to having a cancellation. The work only took a day. Very happy with everything and looks great. Thank you.
