We always get fantastic support from Blackbox. If we raise a call we can be sure that the job will be resolved as quickly as possible without any worries whatsoever. Our account manager even periodically pops by whenever they are near just to make sure that everything is ok which I think goes such a long way for customer service.

Battersea Design Works' coworking space in Battersea was set up for inside and outside at the beginning of this year by Blackbox and they have looked after me very well. Fabulous service and a great bunch of people working there. Recommend them thoroughly.

I am very happy with Blackbox and they really anticipate our needs. They know well in advance when we will run out of ink and when toner needs to be changed.
