I took my suit in for dry cleaning this morning, Donna managed to get it back to me in the same day. She couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. I will definitely be going back, primarily based of the outstanding level of customer service

Had my wedding dress cleaned here as I had a lady that wanted to buy it. Although I had to wait 3 weeks due to busy time frames, I was overall pleased with the dress. Not 100% perfect, but good enough to sell

Kirsty altered a bridesmaid dress for me. She made it her first job when she came back from holiday as she knew I needed it the day after she came back and it probably would not have been back if it had been sent off. She was so friendly and made me feel confident in the dress and helped me where I needed it. All other staff in the staff were polite and very polite both when I visited and called.
