Wow! What can I say?! In this current market of poor customer service if you want a good quality product and EXCELLENT customer service, go to Topps Tiles. Richard was SO helpful when I was trying to work out what I needed, Stuart was very polite and helpful on the phone later when I was unsure. The tiles came in when Richard said they would and the customer care provided by Darren when I picked up the tiles was awesome. Thanks all and well done Topps Tiles Hadfield Road!!

Fantastic customer experience, could not be faulted. Ordered over the phone and received helpful advice, upon collection service was prompt and they helped load everything into my car. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Have used this store 3 times in the past month - on each occasion staff members have been polite, knowledgable, courteous - and always with a smile. I cannot fault their customer service. Tiles are pretty good too!
