Linda's retreats are blissful. I love the whole experience. I love that they are a bit longer and they are full of gorgeous touches like little treats at the break. From start to finish it feels like a warm hug!

I joined Linda’s online classes during lockdown. They were a highlight of my week. Linda is a patient and knowledgeable teacher and focuses on providing a really inclusive environment to practice yoga. I wish I lived closer!Her mini retreats are a real treat I would highly recommend her.

Linda’s classes and mini-retreats are fantastic. So welcoming, relaxing, and inclusive. She is such a knowledgeable instructor, and a warm, friendly, positive person. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was a complete newbie to yoga and have to say a little anxious about attending a class for the first time but my anxiety was misplaced as Linda and the group were so welcoming.Linda is a kind gentle soul and a brilliant teacher who has ensured that my yoga practice has always been positive. She takes time to explain every principle and the holistic approach to yoga always offering guidance during the class.If you have every thought about doing yoga my advise would be join Linda's class it's wonderful

Linda is a wonderful yoga teacher and I love her classes. She adapts her postures to suit different abilities and she is a very inclusive teacher, always considering the needs of everyone in the group. She has a calm and relaxing presence and just the sound of her voice is enough to bring me back down to earth and focus on the present moment, quickly lifting the fog of daily life. Her retreats are especially wonderful. I always leave them feeling absolutely amazing – relaxed and rejuvenated. I can’t recommend Linda highly enough.

The online yoga classes Linda runs are so easy to join and easy to follow, I really improved my flexibility and found it so relaxing too. The yoga retreats are such a special occasion, I felt like I'd been to a spa after doing yoga, relaxation and having a nourishing drink too. Can't wait till next time.

Linda is incredibly knowledgable, gifted and extremely patient at teaching yoga practice and the art of movement and relaxation. Before going to Linda's classes, I had severe pain in my back and was unable to practice yoga at all (I thought) after a few major operations.At the first class I attended Linda went out of her way to make sure I could do alternative yoga positions and moves when I was unable to follow the rest of the class exactly. My back clicked in several places that evening and I felt absolutely incredible and delighted to be on the road to recovery.Since then, my quality of life has improved dramatically and Linda is always teaching me new ways to improve my mobility. As well as really enjoying the class and a wee giggle, my level of fitness is greatly improved.There are also some very experienced, flexible and younger attendees of all different levels at the class and Linda makes sure all have the correct postures and movements to reach their full potential.Cannot recommend Linda enough :)

I have attended Linda’s mini yoga retreats and her online classes during the COVID 19 outbreak. I can’t recommend Linda highly enough as a yoga teacher.Linda works within the seasonal Yoga system, which matches the energy of the seasons to her practice. Everyone is welcomed to her classes individually and by name.Linda is a warm, calming presence which is perfect for yoga, and even when taking you through challenging poses, she will always remind you that although feelings of intensity are OK, pain is not. I have found myself more able to ‘let go’ of emotion and baggage in her classes than anywhere else, including one-to-one therapy.Relaxation is always part of her practice, and everyone is encouraged to make sure they are warm and cosy: at yoga retreats you are actually tucked into your blankets, which made me cry! There’s something about how Linda talks that takes you into a completely relaxed state, even in a short time at the end of a half hour session. I will always step off my mat feeling emotionally lighter, physically stronger, and spiritually fulfilled.
