Had appointment for tyre fitting 20/10 @ 11am, wasn't available, so they rearranged it for Saturday 8am, really accomodating, tyres fitted while I waited on 21/10.

Disappointed. Got my mini tracked and it still didn't feel as it should. Had to book it in again and I still wasn't happy. In the end I went to protyre at lillyhall who adjusted the alignment after freeing off the rear adjusters. Won't be going back to ATS.

Had problems with tracking took to another tyre distributor who couldnt solve the problem. ATS told me what was wrong and got it sorted very happy.

Second visit to ATS in Workington - first occasion for new tyres and this time for MOT. Once again the staff there were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Five star service at competitive prices. Highly recommended!

Highly, highly recommend this place. As a woman, having to deal with garages is usually hell on earth with being ripped off as standard. Not with these guys. They’re dead honest, really helpful and approachable, speak to you like a normal human being and charge an honest flat fee for work done. Great with advice and you can ask them anything and they’ll give you their opinion. Really nice guys and efficient but thorough. Have brought my car and my partner’s van here for a couple of years and recommend to all my friends. As an MOT and service place, it feels like there is no incentive for them to find extra faults with your car as they don’t offer wider repairs (have had this with other garages). Can’t recommend highly enough.
