Ordered from here 3 times now. I had an issue with my last order going missing, rang them up all sorted and delivered quickly. Can only review from my personal experience and would use again.

Ordered tile trim strip on 4th April and paid for '1-3 days delivery' DId not arrive after 3 days, so sent email asking when I would receive the goods.... no reply, sent another after 5 days, still nothing, telephoned after 1 week, and could only leave message which I did with my mobile number and asked for a return call..... nothing. Still after 9 days nothing !!!!.. I would not be happy ever ordering from them again... I hope I can get a refund !I intend to drive to their business and try to get a satisfactory outcome....

We have purchased products from this company several times over the last 5-6 years. We had no problems until recently. We made an order on the 8th of April. Due to an error on their website we ended up making the order 3 times and all 3 payments went through. we received 2 refunds after about a week. It is now nearly a month and we are still waiting. We have called 3 times over the last month to be told we would be called back but we have had no call. Sad to say they have lost a customer. I would not recommend Floor and Wall solutions.

No communication since initial order despite sending them several emails. No goods delivered and now having to chase refund through PayPal. Stay clear.

Still waiting for order to be delivered and got charged 4 times the product price during the order process due to fault in website. Spoke with someone on phone twice in same week after many attempts at trying to contact and they promised to refund immediately on both occasions but still no refund.Sounds all rather dodgy doesnt it!

Scam! Stay clear.Ordered tile trim two weeks ago, paid a steep £12 for 1-3 day postage for it not to have arrived. Emailed three times without any update or response.I have had to try and go through PayPal for a refund but they have only refunded me half.Don’t buy from this company as you’re just chucking money away.

Shocking customer service, very nice on the phone but then never action what they promise. Their online payment system took money twice and no refund, I am £190 down and still don't have the correct product. I gave up in the end and had to go elsewhere - AVOID!

A very helpful company, who can make up what you need in metal trims. I've not had any bad experiences with them over the years, although the odd courier has failed to deliver that's never been the fault of the guys at floor and wall trims. In fact, when one deliver went missing they immediately made up some more of the trim and sent it out. If you need a difficult to find metal trim, these are the guys!

Placed order via website, got charged twice due to 'error with website'! Despite many phone calls and emails asking for my payment to be refunded, and being told it was happening straight away, the payment still hasn't been refunded. Very dodgy or extremely poor customer service.
