Helpful and understanding staff when iv been so indecisive. They have made me a new stunning engagement ring. Thanks to all for your help.

Wonderful Service and staff. My ring took longer to make than expected but it was so worth the wait it is absolutely stunning.

The service on initial visit was good, and so was the design consultation, but it was downhill from there. They arranged 4 stones for us to view, and I had told them my budget. I was informed that they would not get any stones outside of our budget. When I took my wife to view the 4 stones, 2 where totally wrong colour (because they made a mistake), and 1 was too small, so we only got a choice of 1. To add insult to injury they subsequently told me it was over my budget! The ring was delivered late, and there where no updates unless I chased them. I would not go back.

I went to The Ringmaker in Edinburgh to get an engagement ring. I was clueless for what to expect/do. However, Francesca was so helpful in explaining the important things to look for when getting an engagement ring. She ended up designing the ring and put up with me for almost 4 hours asking questions, changing minor details in the design or starting from scratch. She was unbelievably patient and helpful. The ring she designed is beautiful and my fiancé has said we couldn’t have made a “more perfect” one if we tried. Francesca was also fantastic in making slight alterations to the ring so that it fell within my budget without compromising the design/look. Overall, I would highly recommend The Ringmaker and will definitely be going there for our wedding bands.

So, my engagement/wedding ring is truly one of a kind. Not only does the colour match my skin so well, but I've received compliments on its originality. I'm happy to have a luckenbooth.

Holly designed an absolutely gorgeous guard ring for me for my 40th birthday - it goes perfectly with my wedding band and I could not be happier. They have a great team and it was so much fun to work with them :).

Highly recommend!! I wanted to create a bespoke wedding band using my Granny's ring. The whole experience at the Ringmaker Edinburgh was amazing. Big thanks to Helen who sat with us, hand drew my visions & designed the ring, she was very open/honest with exactly what could be done. The ring has now arrived and it is absolutely beautiful.
