Mark Cooper serviced my buggy in situ today and I found him to be very pleasant, knowlegable and the cost reasonable. He answered my numerous questions and provided a detailed Invoice. Highly recommended.

I was having issues with my mobility scooter and I called but I did not receive any answer. I sent a text message within half hour I received a call from a very pleasant gentleman called Mark. I explained what the issues was. He explained that he has about 27 miles from my location, but said that he would call a chap he knew that was a bit closer to me. Within fifteen minutes I had another call from Mark stating that he had spoken to the chap and would it be fine to pass my phone number and my name so that he would get intouch and try to resolve the problem for me over the weekend. I'm so grateful because he could have just said that he was too far but it just goes to show that good people are still out there. Thank you for giving a great service Mark God bless you.

Mark is a professional in every way. Although too far for him to come to repair my kymco Xls midi mobility scooter he spent a long time on numerous occasions to explain to my friend who is a mechanic what the problem was. There are very few businesses that would do that. He has incredible knowledge in this field and kindness beyond anybody. A big thank you for making me mobile again.

I called Mark after my dad had problems with his mobility scooter. He came out that same afternoon and was prompt and friendly. He managed to fix the issue on the spot very quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. Very impressed and would certainly use again for any further issues
