Had a right nightmare but the staff were great. My fhone battery went flat and I had no bank card but needed to book my ticket online. There was a phone charging locker but needed a card to pay to use it. The attendant was great he understood my situation and charged my phone for me. I managed to book my ticket and get back to middlesbrough after being straded for over 4 hrs. The staff were great but are limited to what they can do. My advice to people traveling is simply this ... take a portable battery pack so you can charge your phone in an emergency.
