I spoke to Katie about 3 months into my first child's weaning journey, when I was getting increasingly nervous that he wasn't taking to solids as well as I was expecting. There's so much info out there for when you're starting to wean but seemingly little for when you start to hit some roadblocks. Katie was extremely reassuring and her down to earth and pragmatic advice was a godsend. She explained what was 'normal' and gave me some really useful tips on how to ensure my son was getting the right nutrition without putting a stupid amount of pressure on myself. Would highly recommend!

Would really recommend Katie's weaning workshop, myself and my partner went in as total novices and ended the session feeling knowledgeable, confident and excited to start weaning. Katie brings a great professionalism and level of expertise with her yet the workshop still felt friendly and informal. Katie took the time to answer all of our (many!) questions and followed up with some helpful information after the session too. Workshop was great value for money too. Thanks again Katie.

I did the weaning workshop with Katie as I felt unsure about how to start weaning. I found it very helpful and felt more reassured afterwards. The workshop covered a variety of topics and included helpful advice and tips. I also found Katie engaging and friendly. She was very willing to answer any questions. Also found it useful that there was some templates and all the info provided after the session. I would definitely recommend this workshop!

I was very lucky to be introduced to Katie during my pregnancy. She motivated me to keep a journal of what I eat which helped me to identify the type of food that I was missing in my diet. Thanks to her I was even inspired to cook more and to prepare nutritious meals at home.When our baby is born I will seek out Katie's help again in order to learn about postnatal diet and weaning.

My husband and I really valued our session with Katie, which was to ensure our two recently turned vegetarian children were getting enough nutrients from their diet and whether they needed to supplement or make any changes. Katie was brilliant at talking us through where their diet was working well, any gaps and how to plan going forward to ensure our children (and us) were getting everything we needed. We would definitely recommend a session with Katie for anyone interested in making the most of their food and well-being
