Exceptional service from Craig at the Bed Shop today... middle pole of a new bed delivered this morning arrived cracked and was replaced within an hour! We need the bed for visitors this evening so can't thank him enough for dealing with this so promptly. Oh... and delighted with the bed too. Great team and service. Our second bed from them in the last year and we'll be back!

Craig at the Bed Shop, Edinburgh was very helpful in mid March 2023 when we called in looking to buy a new super king sized bed. He told us everything we needed to know to make an informed decision then told us that we didn’t need to make a decision straightaway as he would honour our quote until the end of the month. When we went back to order the bed we were informed that it was quite ok to delay delivery by at least a month (to fit in with our house move) and that delivery 45 miles away was easily organised. Our bed was duly delivered on the due date and unpacked with all packaging taken away. All in all a great service and most importantly a very comfortable bed!

Such a pleasure to shop local. We have returned to the Bedshop to buy the same type of Sealy mattress we already have on a double bed for two single beds. Craig was extremely helpful again as was the all round service including delivery. Thank you.

We purchased a mattress for a spare bedroom. Great price and quality. Delivery was within days. Manager at the store was very friendly and helpful. The 2 guys who delivered the mattress brought it right up the stairs into the bedroom. Perfect experience!

Very happy to recommend The Bed Shop. I visited twice, and bought a mattress on my second visit. There were two members of staff in the showroom when I visited the second time, and both were friendly, helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice. They're well-priced, and delivered for free (I live in Edinburgh). At the time I was moving house and could only take delivery at limited times, and they kindly changed the delivery route to make sure my mattress arrived when I was in. Very pleased with the mattress too, which is a model from a well known brand and was very competitively priced compared to other retailers. Overall I highly recommend The Bed Shop.

Drew was very helpful in our choice of new bed and mattress. He showed us a variety of different options and was very clear explaining the features to us. I would recommend this shop. They also offer an assembly and removal option which we took advantage off. The time frame was quoted as roughly 2 weeks. Watch this space for an update after delivery.
