Liverpool Adult ADHD - Ladders of Life Ltd

Theresa Fitzgerald has supported me for a few years now and taught me about how my ADHD impacts on my life which has gave me not only general knowledge but life skills on how to cope on a daily basis. I’ve cried over this time, been allowed to vent and now have prospered into a very different more confident woman. I attend the Ladders group every Thursday and I’ve found meeting likeminded people and hearing their stories has helped me grow as an individual. I am able to have 121 support over the phone or attend group sessions and I have found both immensely helpful. I can’t thank the staff and group enough.Thank you ladders ♥️

Ladders of Life are a life changing group ..I am so glad my son had the opportunity of being supported by them...They definitely helped improve the quality of his life..Giving him encouragement and support in such an easy,friendly way..no judgement.He was given the confidence to stand up and speak at a major conference on Asperger's and autism.They have kept in touch and he knows they are there for him. Such good people..

I attend Ladders with my partner who has ADHD. We have both benefitted from the sharing of real life experiences of other members of the group as they navigate their daily lives with this condition. It's great to know you are not alone. We learned about getting a diagnosis, about medication and its effects. Identifying trigger points and developing coping strategies, which has definitely improved our communications and our relationship. Thanks to Teresa, Shirley and Steve for being supportive facilitators.

Excellent support for people with adhd on a one to one coaching sessions or through group work. I have learned so much about living with adhd and strategies to deal with fitting into everyday life. It’s great to have people who understand you and not judge you.
