Can’t recommend Duncan highly enough. He was professional and friendly, and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he needed to do. He also obtained the part and fitted it a few days earlier than expected. I will be using him for my plumbing and heating needs without a doubt from now on.

Duncan and his team are excellent! I do not want any other plumber ever again ! His teamInstalled an outdoor shower for me for a hot tub and duncan went over and above to find me the right shower sent me loads of photos and made sure I didn’t get the wrong thing which I would have done left to my own devices. He fit us in fast and the end result is great. They are always so tidy! Duncan has a good knowledge of other things like what else I needed for the hot tub that again I had no idea on. Thanks !

Duncan fitted a Worcester Bosch 4000 and Hive thermostat unit. Kept up to date with expected installation date, arrived promptly, clean & tidy after completion. Would recommend they were more than helpful and professional
