My friend who lost his father this year told me of the Christmas memorial service you held this week. Can I just say that I think this is a most wonderful thing to do. Christmas, particularly the first one is so difficult and to make this service so personal to all that was there is precious. Well done, and thank you for caring.

Henry and Margaret are so professional i struggle for words to describe them and the service they provide. I can honestly say they go above and beyond the definition of their profession and deserve way more than 5**. You may come in here as a stranger but you certainly don't leave as one. I cannot thank them enough for their empathy, honest advice and help on a couple of occasions now which were the worst times of my life. They really take the burden off you and aim to make themselves available when needed. Am not knocking other undertakers, i have never heard a bad word against others i know. I just feel Dorricotts goes that extra step.I was going to attend the Christmas service this year but obviously that will be cancelled now due to Covid?. Only found out about this last year when we lost my sister on Christmas Day. Now am wondering if we can still go in and put a star on the tree for our loved ones?Thank You,Maggie G.

Would thoroughly recommend Fraser helped me every step of the way as i arranged my brother's funeral guided me through the whole process and was only a call away i was treated with respect and dignity and he made such a difficult time that much easier

From our first appointment until the day we said our final farewell to our beloved dad, our experience with Alan and his team at Dorricott was more than we ever could have hoped for. They liaised with us every step of the way and, between us, we gave our dad a send off that he deserved. Everyone who attended tried not to say that it was the best funeral they had been to, but they all agreed that the only thing missing was my dad in person to appreciate it with us. Alan made sure that everything ran smoothly, even arranging for a lift to their car for one of our friends with mobility issues, after the service. Everyone was given a little button badge of my dad’s little cartoon face, he was an artist. Alan and his team were all wearing theirs on the day. What a perfect finishing touch. I cannot thank the Dorricott team enough for doing my dad and us proud xx
