Don't go there for repairs!To be charged £145 for false parts and to receive an item that doesn't work is a big con.They charged me £145 to replace the screen of my tablet. The screen was not fixed properly, and they didn't use genuine parts. Because of it, the screen touch didn't work properly. I was told by another repair shop that the parts they used were not genuine and the screen was not fixed properly, and the sensors were covered in glue. I had no other option but to pay another £180 for a new screen which is only £35 more than £145 in order to receive a fully working product. I was charged by ITech vape £145 for nothing!!!I Tech vape admitted that they didn't use genuine parts but no refund was offered, no apology.Previously they called themselves ITech but because of many bad reviews regarding repairs they changed their name to ITech vape.I can't get the police to get involved because it is a civil matter but I'm sure there are organisations that deal with frauds like that
