How refreshing to find a company that exceeds expectations. We used the border planning service for £20 (redeemable on your first purchase). For that we got a mood board and a list of plants and how to arrange them. We loved them all but nervous about ordering online only ordered a selection. The plants that arrived are top quality. Big thank you to Jack for answering all my novice Gardener questions and the very polite lovely, on time delivery driver. Very, very pleased. Thank you.

I came across Muddy Trowel on Google. Top customer experience and customer service from start to finish. Brilliant email updates from them, all very detailed even when the driver was running rate I still received an update. I gave specific direction instructions on my order and the driver followed those instructions which rarely happens when I have deliveries to my house. The quality of plants was excellent, the individual plant cards are ace too. I would highly recommend Muddy Trowel to anyone!

I found Muddy Trowel online when looking for sustainable Christmas trees. I was thinking of buying one in my local area and was disappointed to see many of them were not sustainable or available in a pot.I was very excited to see my Christmas tree is something that I could are for all year round and I bought a little one for my dad.

Saw muddy trowel pop up on a google search and what a great service! I ordered 6 pot plants for my garden - they were delivered speedily and look great - very very happy. Will be ordering again.

This is the first time I have come across Muddy Trowel website and products. I immediately liked the pot kits idea as I was looking to purchase outdoor plants as a birthday gift. The process of purchasing was simple and efficient. The real value came in the communications that I received post purchase. I got an email with tips and guidelines with regards to the care of the plants specific to my purchase which I forwarded on the the person I had gifted the plants to. I also received emails regarding the delivery dates and also why one of the plants that I had purchased wouldn't be as shown in the picture ( because it wasn't yet in the flowering season for its variety) which I was very impressed with as that meant that I could pass that info on to the recipient. I would definitely purchase from Muddy Trowel again and I would highly recommend.

An instant garden delivered: I used the design service (excellent suggestions of plants for my small paved garden) & then ordered some planted up pots to be delivered: a lovely instant garden! Everyone I dealt with at this company was terrific, especially the ever-patient and helpful Martha who answered my many questions on the phone, and tweaked my order for me. Even the delivery guy was super helpful (and strong!). I will certainly be using Muddy Trowel again in the spring, to add summer colour to the garden.

I ordered 2 plants, a palm and a small house plant. Their owner Steve is very helpful and gives a great service. I Would recommend this store to buy plants.

I recently placed a sizeable order with Muddy Trowel and one of the many plants I ordered arrived completely dried out and half dead. I emailed their customer service team to find that they were totally uninterested in replacing or refunding this one plant and were insistent that this was normal for the time of year. If I hadn't actually ordered 4 of the same plant and the other 3 hadn't been very healthy looking and flowering I might have believed them!!! Buyer beware....if you have an issue with anything you order from them their customer service is quite clearly non existent and Martha has no interest in building long term customer relationship with the company.

I ordered a Christmas tree and my entire experience with Muddy Trowel has been great. Ordering was easy and the tree was delivered by a really pleasant guy. The tree itself is lovely and full and came with care instructions. I shall definitely order again next Christmas.
