Brilliant service!The team at bell was very helpful from the get go. Over emails explaining what they can offer and also asking to view my current containers to make sure they would fit and see the access for lorries etcEverything was thought about right up untill the day of delivery.Then on delivery the driver arrived, nice and early. gave me a call on arrival and was very helpful during the setup of the container and steps.I tried to help where i could but i have recently had a heart op so my lifting isn't that great at the moment and nothing was an issue for him he said not to worry and thought about other ways to get the job done . Honestly a really nice guy and a quick service.The container itself is perfect especially for a refurbished one and the price was good too compared to other company's.Couldn't fault this company. great service

We recently purchased two ex hire fleet storage containers and had them delivered to our property. Communication at all stages was excellent and the whole delivery operation was carried out with great skill and professionalism. The delivery men made sure that the containers were completely level so that the doors open easily and made sure we were completely happy before they left. Bell Container was recommended to us by a friend and we in turn recommend the company as great to deal with.

Great service all the way through and after the delivery of my new one trip container from both Krish and Ruth. They also have a great relationship with the delivery company who went more than out of their way to make sure it was perfectly level when set down. Krish never pressurised me to make the purchase which was refreshing and professional. Plenty of dodgy container sellers out there. If you want peace of mind I'd advise you speak to the professionals.

Bell Containers have been a delight to deal with. Ruth in the office was very friendly, informative and supportive, making out first experience of purchasing a storage container an easy one. When we had a last minute change in location, which could have been a problem, they were very relaxed about it and provided some blocks and packers to level it up. The driver called us an hour before as promised, arrived on time and was also very friendly and cooperative on site to ensure we got it in the right position. All in all, a very good experience.

As a care home, we have hired a Bell container as we required a bespoke meeting 'pod' to enable a covid safe environment to allow visits to be held between our residents and their loved ones. The container 'pod' comprises of 3vindividual section, one for visitors, one for our resident and the third for staff. The 'pod' has been fitted out to a very high standard, it is comfortable and welcoming. Feedback from all has been excellent. What a brilliant experience. I was really panicking about where to store an impending delivery of kitchen units. I called Bell Container on a Wednesday lunchtime, the commercials and contractuals were done within an hour, and the containers delivered by 10:00 the next morning. Friendly and helpful staff in the office and on the delivery. It couldn't have been better.

Fantastic service from Bell. We had an urgent requirement for an external storage area. From the first contact with Bell the process was seamless. Discussed our requirements received a quotation agreed a price and arranged delivery for the next day. The delivery was first thing the following day. The service from the operative was professional and accommodating. The container was in perfect condition a slight issue was followed up and resolved immediately. We would use again and recommend Bell to anyone.

Our pigeon marking hut had been broken into many times and was set on fire so needed to be replace it with a stronger and more to secure alternative, spoke to Bell Containers and from the start was put at ease with their light hearted but very professional attitude. They explained the options fully and was very understanding with regards to payment, time limited etc. When the order was made to purchase a container, I was kept fully informed of the time scale and delivery date with clear instructions for the delivery procedure, would certainly use them again.
