Her service during the treatment was flawless. She consulted with me on every aspect and only commenced the treatment when I was completely happy with the proposed shape and changes to my existing eyebrows. Her clinic and equipment was extremely clean and thoroughly sanitised (of paramount importance in current times).The treatment was relatively painless and quick and the end result was worth every penny! I went to see El wanting a fairly subtle change to fill in gaps and try to level up my brows as one was higher than the other (El noticed this and drew on suggested ways to balance them out and I couldn’t believe the difference). The process wasn’t painful, just a bit scratchy. My change was subtle so the healing was easy and they looked pretty normal, maybe just a bit darker whilst they healed up. I’m really really happy with the result and sort of wish I’d known and done it sooner. They look so much more symmetrical when I see photos of myself or look in the mirror compared to before. Highly recommend. The price is a bit higher first time around than some other places but I am so glad I went to El. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Thanks!

El worked with me patiently to design and create the brows which suit me. She made me feel very comfortable at my appointment and told me in detail what to expect. Whenever I emailed her, she always responded promptly. Her work is amazing. She is very professional yet very warm and lovely to talk to. It is obvious that El loves what she does and she is very good at it. I am so glad to have found El. My brows are beautiful and I love them. Thank you so much El.

I have been seeing El for a few years now for my eyebrow microblading and absolutely love her work. I trust her emphatically with my eyebrows – I even brought my mum to get hers done with El too (a mark of trust I’m sure anyone can appreciate!)Unlike myself, my mum has no eyebrows left as a consequence of overplucking them, and even has the faint remnants of an old eyebrow tattoo done years ago but El managed to create beautiful eyebrows for her from scratch.My mum was somewhat nervous about having her eyebrows done and not wanting them too thick, especially as she was used to have thin, pencilled-in brows but El made very natural and thin brows that suited my mum’s taste and face. She was able to advise on colour and shape and from the moment they were completed, they looked natural on my mum’s face. This has made a massive difference in my mum’s life as she now can get up in the morning and not have to try and draw on eyebrows anymore – and not only that, but you would never be able to tell they weren’t her own hair!El was also very clear on healing instructions – especially the extra time needed for slightly older skin – and gave my mum plenty of confidence over the next couple of weeks whilst they went through the first stages of healing.I also recently saw El for my own colour boost (something I have been dying to do since lockdown began again) and am as pleased as ever with my eyebrows, just as I was from the first time I had them done.I can’t recommend El enough, and if the fact that I took my mum to get the same treatment with her isn’t convincing, then nothing will be!

After years of filling in my eyebrows I decided to try out microblading. El was very professional and thorough. The quality of her work is excellent. She listened to my request and the results were amazing. I received so many compliments. El kept in touch afterwards to ensure the brows healed properly.For anyone interested in getting their eyebrows done, I cannot recommend El more highly.

I was extremely nervous about getting my eyebrows done, but El listened carefully to my requests. She took the time to pencil my eyebrows in and make necessary adjustments to ensure I was happy with the shape before actually applying the permanent ink.After she worked her magic I was stunned by how natural then end result was. She has also done a great job with my eyeliner too! I would highly recommend El to anybody considering having permanent make up done, she is trustworthy, attentive and professional, and now that my eyebrows have fully healed, I am happy with the final result.

Really pleased with the results of my microblading. Prior to seeing El one of my eyebrows was slightly higher which has now been corrected. El has created a natural look, and was thorough in listening to the results I wanted to achieve and explaining the full process and aftercare.Would highly recommend.

5 stars doesn't seem enough! El is absolutely fantastic. I was nervous about having my eyebrows done but El talked through everything and her attention to detail was very reassuring. I was so happy with the results that I went on to have further treatments (eye liner and full lips). El was so attentive and patient in getting the look exactly as I wanted it. If you're thinking about microblading or semi-permanent make-up, El is your woman.

I was so impressed with the way El transformed my sparse eyebrows last year that I recently returned for a colour boost. El is very skilled and professional as well as patient and friendly. I highly recommend her if you are thinking of trying microblading. I was a bit nervous about it but love the results and have no regrets.
