We have recently moved to the area and are waiting for a washing machine to be delivered. I have never used a Laundrette before so I just walked in and announced that fact. Penny was wonderfully helpful and walked me thought it step my step and even helping me load and unload. She made the experience very pleasent. I had three domestic washing machine loads that all fitted into one of their medium sized machines. Which took 40 mins then into one of their tumble dryers for 30 mins. Cost together came to £13.

A self explanatory, neat and tidy place which has high quality machines at your disposal. Staff are very friendly, helpful and reliable. Prices are fair and affordable with a range of services to choose from.A laundrette that's up there with the best.

Dovehouse laundrette was fantastic they were very helpful on Google message chat. Penny, was really quick to respond even when they were closed. The chat was available during the evening.This Morning at the Laundrette George was helpful and guided me what detergent and conditioner he was going to use. Penny and George got my clothes washed, dired and nicely folded in my bags.I left them with my 3 lots big bags of clothes as I was very busy at work and had no washing machine with pipe issues. After work it was ready to be picked up. They also helped me to the car.Outstanding Service.I had two medium washes and tumbled dried for a very reasonable price.

I have lived on the Warwick Road for some 30 years and more and what a Pleasant surprise and a warm welcome to our New Laundret and Dry Cleaning service. What a pleasure to find the owner with a smile on her face and engages with a welcome conversation. The prices are below the others a few doors away. Definitely recommend this laundrette, probably the best I've ever been to!Friendly staff (George is amazing.. Very friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, informative, great attitude), great customer service.George was very helpful. Showed me around, helped me with my laundry and gave me great advice. I didnt have any detergent so George used in-house supplies. George noticed I has different colour clothing and so placed a colour managing paper in with the wash.I had concerns about germs and George added an extra detergent liquid which I think was detol branded. He was super helpful and also set the machine settings and times.New and modern machines - the dryers rotate both ways ensuring heat reaches everywhere.Very friendly, super helpful and reasonably priced.Will definitely use again.Thank you George for your help!

A new launderette with excellent new machines, including washing machines in 3 different sizes. The staff were really helpful, and ensured I knew how everything worked for the best results and provided tokens for the washers and dryers. They do service washes but I opted to do my own and use the washing/ drying time to browse the lovely Dovehouse Parade shops. At the end I was able to pay by card or cash.In a world where good service is so important this really exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back. And my duvet is good as new.
