I have used Xperience Guitars on a number of occasions for multiple repairs and upgrades and every time their work is second to non. They always give you a consultation before any work is carried out so that you can discuss what you want doing and they can recommend how best to achieve the results you want. They are extremely knowledge and I always feel that my guitars are in the best possible hands. I have had my frets levelled, a bridge installed and slotted and pickups installed, every time my guitar comes back from them better than when it went in. Cant recommend their work enough.

I had my beloved No 1 30 year old telecaster re-fretted and set up here and I could not have wished for a better service. We talked through exactly what was needed and then got exactly what we agreed. A really good team that I will use again and again. Highly recommend this business.

Had some issues with guitar that I couldn't fix myself, so I bought it into the shop & the gent who assisted me was very professional, took good care with my guitar and took the time to show me what he was doing, and how he was doing it. Would definitely recommend

We made a special trip down from Sheffield to drop my partner's guitar off for a setup, as we wanted it set up by the best!

I've had my Jazz for 40 years and after all this time, and several trips walking past a closed Xperience Guitars en route to the Westdale Lane Post Office, I happened pass when they were open, so I popped in. Best decision ever.Was about to head off for a few weeks vacation and felt I owed it to my faithful Jazz to get the full spa treatment, and Xperience were the place to do it. Cat and team are awesome. Kept me fully informed during the process, especially since I used the now discontinued Rotosound exposed core Piano Strings" which impacts the set up. Cat was able to find the strings and do an excellent set up. The Jazz sounds amazing and brought back memories of when I first played and why I bought the Jazz. Brilliant
