Peak Cycling Club

From my personal experience this club is for anyone, of any ability, who enjoys being out on their bike enjoying the beauty of the Peak district with like minded people.No one gets left behind. Advice if wanted is always given freely.It’s all about the ride in good company AND the cafe.

I was mostly a solitary cyclist and had been struggling with motivation, joining the club was just what I needed. I find group riding to be much more enjoyable, and the other members are super friendly and welcoming. Good variation of rides, lots of new places for me. Looking forward to lots more rides!

Great club! Very friendly and well organised!The rides are well marshalled and no-one is left behind. The routes are well planned & communicated. The pace is social and not full gas racing so you can have a chat with the other members and enjoy the Peak District. There are definitely no egos in this club and everyone is super friendly.Apart from the weekend road club rides, members are encouraged to organise other rides that suit their timetable and style of riding using the clubs social channels to advertise them so if you want to push a bit harder, or do something a bit different (like gravel or audax) you can set up rides which will cater to your tastes.The kits pretty slick too.Would definitely recommend.

A club like no other in the locality. Truly inclusive, social and all about getting in the fresh air and having fun without anything being too serious. No big egos, just a great group of likeminded people who enjoy riding bikes!

I recently had the pleasure of joining the Peak Cycling Club for my first ride, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience!One of the standout features of this club is the friendly and inclusive nature of its members. As a newcomer, I was pleasantly surprised.During the ride, I unfortunately encountered a puncture. However, setback turned into a positive experience thanks to the support and patience of my fellow club members.The club had carefully planned out a beautiful route that showcased the stunning scenery of the Peak District.The ride was well-paced. I also appreciated the emphasis on safety within the club.In conclusion, my first experience with Peak Cycling Club was nothing short of remarkable.
