Mario and Aspray saw us through a particularly frustrating and drawn out insurance claim process to a successful conclusion when we identified a leak under our kitchen floor.Without Mario's assistance, we'd probably still be wasting our breath arguing with HSBC / Aviva and trying to get them to agree on an approach to fix the enormous leak under our property.Would not hesitate to recommend Aspray's services in the future as their expertise in managing the insurance company, the assessors, contractors and the process drastically improved our outcome and removed a large part of the frustration in the process.Thanks Aspray!

An absolute pleasure to deal with Mario and the team. They managed the entire claim from beginning to end - I was 9 months pregnant then with a new born and I would never have been able to deal with the stress of the claims procedure. Mario kept us updated every step of the way and then arranged the contractors to do the repair work. With very little disruption to the house.
