An exceptional experience all-round.When I first messaged Lewis, it was to repair the charging port on an iPhone 13. I messaged on a Saturday morning and he replied very quickly - He was at our house within a couple of hours and attempted to solve the issue by cleaning the port and removing any debris.We thought he’d solved it then and there, but the port decided not to accept two chargers we had in the house. Following this, Lewis said he’d order the required part and be in contact. He followed up a couple of days later and arranged to install the port.After installing the new port all seemed to be working. Following the installation, the phone kept restarting itself and after messaging Lewis, he came back the same night to ensure the phone was fixed and working showing dedication to his craft and offering brilliant customer service.Extremely pleasant, very polite and knowledgeable, responsive to messages, couldn’t ask for more. The service offered was Grade A+ and I will happily use him again for any repairs, recommending him to others without hesitation.

My absolute go-to for anything repair related! Used their services for several repairs such as glass, screen and battery replacements.
