Superb instructors, very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Training techniques are top draw. Every session is different. Training there has improved my fitness levels immensely. The attention to detail the sessions offer will improve even the most experienced fighters.

Great atmosphere, friendly and extremely knowledgeable coaches, who are always happy to help, guide you and make you feel at ease. Connor is a great trainer and has helped me improve in so many areas, most recently in reducing my mile running time by over a minute. Since joining the gym my general fitness has improved dramatically as well as my grappling and boxing skills. You will always have a great experience at Hopwood Fight Centre.
