Agreed to have Plan drawn up told will take 2 weeks at £15 an hour agree to to his and a first visit second visit for surveys was arranged don't know what wasn't done first time. Staff did not show up awful late so chased it up . Response I got was that was gonna cost me regions 70 80 k so if k could not afford no point calling out or taking measurements. Advised had no ceiling budget just wanted garden done right but found it unusual that I'm being quoted based on thin air as plan not in place so nothing been agreed plants , hardacaping tiles stones etc. Plan has not even been started measurements not taken and been quoted after whole load of time wasting. Really disappointed as I called. at office and asked.clearly for landscaper designs advised would cost certain amount at which.point would be given quote based.on needs. But response got after it advised budget was no limit was that they were not up for job. So this company does not apparently produce drawings and designs and or accept.landcaping jobs so they should in essence change their title to.cowboys. and they don't show.for.appointments.agreed and don't bother to call. I guess I'll be giving 70 80 k to some other company that does design landscape gardens. I guess I'll be bling this company for the hours. I've wasted going to their office arranging and being at first appointment waiting for 2nd appointment when he they never bothered to be show. So I present my bill for my time wasted that will be 80k . Decency would have been on first visit saying u are simply not up for.job . I was very clear. That I needed.done and no ceiling budget just job done right. So I guess some other company will get my money and good.word.of.mouth goes else where. Not at a a professional.decent company. Destined for failure if this is how you work. Shame on wasting my valuable.time .
