Erika is fantastic! It took me months to find someone to pierce my daughters ears as I was very nervous who would be good. Looking at retail stores, they didn't convince me enough from their knowledge and expertise. I googled medical places online and so pleased I found Erika. She has immense knowledge and was very accomadating. Erika was able to fit me in for a appointment within two days which was amazing! When Erika arrived, she was on time, very friendly and professional. Erika is fantastic with children. My daughter does not go to anyone that she doesn't know but went to Erika straight away because of her friendly and loving aura. The procedure was very quick and I can't thank Erika enough. Erica pierced my 8 month old baby girl's ears using the Blomdahl method. She was so immediately calming and trustworthy as a person that the whole experience felt smooth and very relaxing! She was wonderful with my baby girl - made her laugh, very caring, and very professional and meticulous with ensuring everything was correct before starting. Instructions were SO clear and I felt in very safe hands both during and after.
