Cole Museum of Zoology
I have visited quite a few tiles with my family. It is free to enter and has lots of animal specimens on display. A great place for children to learn more about biology and support their school education. The elephant skeleton in the center is is my daughters favorite.Depending on your interest in the subject, leave between 20 min and an hour to visit. It is located in the vestibule of this Reading University teaching building. Whilst at the museum we did use the toilet which is handy for young children.

Great place to spend some time with kids. Museum is located inside Reading University so you can do Mini picnic with family.

So much more to see than I expected at the Cole musum and lots of information. But got lost driving g round campus. I now know car park 3 is the one to aim for.

Excellent place. Me and the parents spent 2 hours here and it was really interesting. I learnt things I never knew and I have been to a lot of museums over the years. :)

A small but packed museum. Lots to look at and read. I found myself doing a few laps and noticed different things each time.

Having lived in Reading for years, I was surprised to find this place. It's small, but very well laid out with great exhibits including an elephant skeleton. There are workbooks for kids to complete just on the right as you go in. Can be a bit tricky to find on the university campus and, if my experience was anything to go by, most of the students funny know where it is.

The old lady at the cafe was racist and disrespectful and kept telling me my cup was dirty and she doesn't want to touch it (btw it was clean just the colour was a bit dull) whereas my friend who wasn't a minority had a dirty cup and she didn't say a word. Please fire her it is very upsetting to see behaviour like that these days.Btw the museum is lovely
