I would not recommend this Chinese placeOrdered before and food was amazing, however, this time, didn't get the special fried rice, crispy shredded beef was totally inedible, king prawn chow mein looked and tasted reheated and the ribs looked like Jeff Dahmer's left-overs. pure mank.Not impressed

Food arrived on time and hot food was very good and the only reason I didn't give 5 star's was because the free prawn crackers is a very small bag to say the least think if you spend £20+ it be nice to give you a proper bag not a quarter bag just hope they start to give proper bags ant then I'll giv them 5 ⭐

ordered food at 7:25pm now 920pm and still haven’t received it after being told on it will be here by 905, rung up to be told it’s going to be another half an hour nearly 3 hours for 2 items (crispy chicken and noodles) and a curry sauce which doesn’t need to be cooked, then the CHILD under 13 id say still shouting papa over the phone really shouldn’t be dealing with customers over the phone from the cocky statement she gave me and the Attitude she used was horrendous!! “ I asked why is it taking so long just for 2 items of food” the reply I had was “no 3 actually” I really don’t think this is acceptable customer service and defiantly not from a child, looking forward to a nice Chinese after working all day and haven’t ate since yesterday to be told this!!! Horrendous!!!!!

Ordwr from here a few times and all was good but tonight i dont know what happend but my order Never showed up ended up cooking my own food had no updates at all tried calling 14 times and the line was busy" would not order again"

Very nice, upmarket restaurant/takeaway opposite the public urinals...Prices very good and happy staff.Give them a try, call up and collect for extra discounts.Remember just eat are adding there commission onto the price you pay to cover delivery, there printers etc so the restaurant earns less money than they should be due to there online platform.Use the telephone to speak to the restarant, collect in person and act how a human should act by interacting with people rather than becoming a robot like the government want you to become.

If I could give these clowns ZERO stars I would! Ordered at 8pm with an expected 45/60 minute wait time and it’s now 9:50pm and still not here! Zero apology when called and they had the standard line of ‘it’s out for delivery’…..AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Food was delicious, piping hot, nicest chicken balls ive ever had, The beef in the curry was tender, delivery was prompt and excellent customer service.Would definitely recommend and we will certinely be ordering again 5*****

Delivery time wasn’t too bad but when we received our food the rice was cold, Cantonese style chicken was cold, the chicken chow mein was far too salty and the chips were really dry as if they’d been sat there for ages. I’m not really happy about my order, I paid £25 for it not to be right.

I have always loved the food here, the menu is varied and has lots of dishes you don't find in other local Chinese takeaways. I've never had a single complaint about the quality of the food... the customer service received on my last order however, left a lot to be desired. In the past I've always ordered via Just-Eat which obviously eliminates some of the human error which can occur during the ordering process. Unfortunately, like many others, they don't seem to be using Just-Eat any more and so I had to phone instead... there was some clear confusion about some of the dishes over the phone and so I had the girl repeat my order to me THREE TIMES to ensure it was correct. Unfortunately the food arrived and was missing my husband's favourite dish. We called immediately and were told that the dish wasn't written on the order (as mentioned, I had her read it out 3 times) and if I wanted them to send it out I'd have to wait almost another hour! Had they offered to send it without charge, since it was THEIR mistake, we would have accepted, albeit begrudgingly, but we essentially told them to 'stick it were the sun don't shine' in the end... We usually spend upwards of £40 a time here but they have completely lost our business now. It's a shame because we love the food but basic customer service is so simple and is completely lacking... very disappointed.

Eat it every night for breakfast lunch and dinner and I'm not even getting fat. Taste keeps me coming for more. Pepper&chilli Chicken with noodles and a bit of rice and you're sorted.
