This was my second visit to see Ben and I am more than pleased with the excellent treatment I received. He explained everything every step of the way. The dental nurse and receptionist were also very kind and friendly.

Booked an emergency as a non patient with a cracked tooth and was seen the same day. The dentist, Ben, was absolutely fantastic. Spent time explaining my options and i went for an extraction in the end. Never nice, but Ben made it quite enjoyable!Thank you to the lovely receptionist nurses and Ben!

Would highly recommend Dr Jerome at Prestatyn Dental. For years I’ve struggle with my teeth and subsequently finding a dentist and am so glad I found him! I’ve seen him twice now and on both occasions he has made me feel incredibly comfortable and has been extremely informative and has put together a great treatment plan suited for me and my needs and budget.

I booked a consultation with Prestatyn Dental after I was told by an NHS dentist that my broken back tooth was dead and I would need an extraction or a root canal which they couldn’t do till January at a cost of £750My daughter recommended Prestatyn Dental, as she has used them for the last 2 years and has nothing but praise for them.I was greeted by the lovely Rachel on reception who made me feel at ease straight away and I had photos done of my teeth and an xray.I went in to see the dentist who was honestly the nicest dentist I have ever met. He tested my tooth and told me it was definitely not dead, as I could feel the cold test he performed. He explained everything to me very clearly and said he could fill my tooth temporarily till January to get me through Christmas and this will give time to see if there are any other underlying problems with the tooth.If all goes well, I will have a permanent filling and a crown put on in January.I couldnt be happier with the treatment I received and the genuine kindness and care of the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. The practice itself looks so lovely and feels very warm and welcoming and I cannot thank you all enough

Just recently finished my whitening course and had composite edge bonding, I’m so happy with my smile, all thanks to the lovely Dr Hannah and her amazing assistant Leah. Every time I visited they made me feel welcomed along with the reception staff too, would recommend to anyone.
