Well priced, my son loves Mario Bros and you can find a lot of things for him

Asked someone for help. He told me they didn't have more sizes in back, but that he could order it from another store for me.After thinking on it and deciding to place the order, I came up in line, and the girl behind the counter tells me they can't do that.She instead tells me to go home and place the order, myself. I go home, try to place the order - and they don't have my size....because it was only available in-store, at the other store location, and their inventory isn't available online.

Good variety But one particular staff was quite rude and not very pleasant to serve me! I asked for a student discount and she straight away answered “NO”! Like what? At least be nice about it? At the same time she left a tag still attached to the shirt i bought! The alarm rang when i went out but no body bothered to stop me so i assumed it could’ve been something else. Be ready to be annoyed!

I think this is the better of the two H&Ms in Cambridge. It’s much newer with a better layout, seems to have more staff during busy periods and has a really nice home section.

I went to H&M with a friend today. There was a good selection and most staff were nice and helpful... until we came to the till.The cashier was a very rude woman and when we were paying and she kept insisting that we join the h&m club which we had to refuse multiple times whilst the queue behind us was growing. She ignored me when I asked for a bag and made us both feel embarrassed when our card didn’t go through.Ruined my day!

Staff not very helpful, finding how and where to collect online order was a pain.
