Excellent service as usual,ordered uv light for filter arrived very well packaged, no chance of damage unless a tank drove over it!!! .Always good service and helpful if phoned for advice .Could say can get some stuff on the net cheaper but they don't last as long as not genuine parts from manufacturers so worth paying a little more for genuine replacement parts

Excellent experience. I contacted the water garden with an issue with my water pump after that consultation and armed with their recommendation I ordered the part I required. It came very quickly, and now my pond is looking back to its best again. Excellent service. Thank you.

Delighted to do business with Water Gardens.I needed a pump for a small waterfall but had no idea of what was needed to give the desired result.The very knowledgable Brad in the office, with impeccable courtesy and infinite patience, advised me as to which pump suited my requirements.The pump was dispatched imeadiately and was with me (outside mainland UK) within approximately forty four hours.It's working perfectly, giving the desired effect and I'm now enjoying the tranquil sound of running water from my little waterfall while relaxing in the garden.Your products, knowledge and service are par excellence.It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to doing more business with you soon.

We sought advice and then purchased pumps and filters, a waterblade with illumination, a reservoir and pond paint that we needed for two separate water features, collecting the items in person on several occasions. Andy and his team members couldn't have been more supportive and friendly in taking us through the options, guiding us through their installations and answering follow-up questions on the phone. And once installed, both look good and work well. Highly recommended.

Water Garden were very helpful - We got through to a technical sales person via phone quickly, after unsuccessfully trying to get a similar service from competitors in a hurry. Email follow up and subsequent sale was prompt. A note: Good and responsive approach to phone enquiries = a sale! This service is getting rarer and rarer.
