I purchased an engagement ring from Baroque and cannot recommend them highly enough. I live up north so haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store in person but purchased online with incredible service. Free resizing and very fast delivery. Everyone that I interacted with (including when sending back for another resizing) was very caring and helpful. Their jewellery caters for anyone that isn't into run of the mill same old' jewellery. Baroque is a very special place. Our wedding rings are exactly what we wanted and the experience of designing my own to fit around my engagement ring was amazing. The team at Baroque made the whole experience exciting and very personal and the end product is better than we could have both imagined. They are an 'Gem' of a place and we are so pleased that they were recommended to us.

From my first phone consultation with Aaron at Baroque I knew this place was special. I came in with my idea for an engagement ring for my partner, by the time I arrived Aaron was already prepared with other rings for ideas and styles. I had looked at their Instagram previously and fell in love with the rings, especially their Australian sapphires.The service was impeccable, I had consultations with Pippa and Abi who are both lovely, the entire journey was seamless. A bespoke ring made in 5 weeks.My jaw hit the floor when I saw it! The ring is exactly what I wanted and knew my partner would love it.It’s so nice buying from a great multi award winning, fair trade Brighton jewellers. The shop/workshop itself is so nice too. I cannot recommend Baroque any more!! If you’re looking for a unique, bespoke ring, this is the place.

Simply the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Aaron is a lovely human being and phenomenal at his job. We got our wedding bands from Baroque and couldn’t be happier.

This review is way overdue and I can only apologise to the wonderful staff and potential customers out there! We stumbled across some gorgeous pieces on a engagement blog and what I loved about the rings was the range of stones in lots of unique colours and the ability to create bespoke designs. We decided to book an appointment at the Brighton store and we are so glad we did!The staff are so lovely, the relaxed environment they create made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door (even though we were late!) Emma was so patient with us, allowed me to try on a number of pieces and explained exactly what the stone was/where from/how the shop sourced etc etc. I loved her passion and her little stories she had about each and every piece, really showing her expertise. Emma couldn’t have done more to help us find the perfect ring and even went to the trouble of sourcing in some extra stones in different shades of green so we had quite a variety to choose from! We really liked the fact that the focus was helping us find the ring that felt special to us rather than pushing for a sale or upselling anything. Emma and all the staff really made the whole process one that we will never forget :)The ring itself didn’t take long to make and the staff kept us updated with its journey/process along the way.We had a brilliant time in the Brighton store and to top it off, they are dog friendly so our pooch was very welcome and felt really settled.Thank you to Emma and the whole team xxx

Absolutely amazing experience, had my partners engagement and weddings rings made here, from selecting stones all the way to popping in to have them polished when we’re passing by everyone at Baroque has been an absolute delight.I was slightly anxious going into it that it would end up costing me a fortune but I was never pushed towards a more expensive style or stone choice, and it ended up coming in slightly under my budget!Really like the ethical values as well!

What an outstanding experience! From my very first phone call with Aaron back in November, to being waved off as we left with my new eternity ring last weekend, our journey with the team was perfect from start to finish. Aaron and Abi listened intently to what we were trying to achieve, which was to create an eternity ring from scratch to fit seamlessly with an antique Victorian/Edwardian engagement ring. The result is breathtaking. Our consultation was thorough and unrushed, the communication was excellent throughout and the high standards of craftsmanship are evident in the ring. Most of all though we were touched by the genuine care and warmth which emanated from the team at all times. Thank you Baroque team, you are a class act and we are grateful to have found you.
