The Old Manor

Beyond expectations..quiet, clean, comfy beds..so tastefully decorated., and the breakfast was amazing!! I'll be back when I'm up this kneck of the woods!! fabulous! and the owner was lovely!

I am just back from an amazing night glamping for my friends 50th birthday, a massive thankyou to Lynn who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special it really was magical ,we can't thankyou enough for everything you done for us, as for the glamping experience it was amazing everything you need is there and at night with the fire on and all the fairy lights etc on its just stunning, we can't wait to come back again, thanks again Lynn.

I booked to stay a night here to relax before a day of meetings in Aberdeen & I was not disspointed. Lovely setting, comfortable room with a lovely sea view. The owner was really nice, would highly recommend staying here. Nice & relaxed.

An absolute gem! From the genuinely warm welcome and service, to the beautiful room, to the 5 star breakfast this is a guest house to highly recommend. Excellent vegan food is available without complement, with meat eaters equally happy.

Three of us has the enormous pleasure of staying on the Glamping site at the old Manor. The site was absolutely fabulous, with all the facilities you could wish for, Shower, fully equipped Kitchen, Toilet and then the bell tent with a wood burning stove when the weather was not playing ball. Beautiful beds with fresh towels and everything thing we could possibly need.For me this was hotel luxury but nicer than a hotel. Lynn the owner was so thoughtful and had left us extra treats when we arrived. The whole experience was so lovely and the the surrounding walks to the beach in Carnoustie on your doorstep. I made a booking for my elderly parents for a family gathering but due to another family situation the booking had to be amended slightly. Lynn could not have been more helpful and accommodating. When my parents did arrive, Lynn looked after them and made them feel so welcome. When they needed to pop down into the town centre she offered to drive them and dropped them off. Lynn really went above and beyond. The house and rooms are beautiful with so much attention to detail. My parents loved the sea view from their room and the lovely welcome pack. I can't think Lynn enough for my parents' wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!!

Booked for a quiet weekend away. Pretty location, beautiful view, close to the coast, a very comfy room and the breakfast was delicious. The grounds are peaceful and the owner is charming and entertaining, I will be returning!

What a beautiful inn our room was just perfect. Lynn was extremely helpful, we needed to charge our electric car and she just drove us down to the spot to do it. If you want to go to the most perfect in this is it! She pays so much attention to detail. You will love it here. We plan to come back!!
