Got both sides of my nose pierced here- the piercer was amazing, she made me feel comfortable, hyped me up and explained loads- the metal type, healing process/aftercare, different styles of nose piercings. She did a great job of making the piercings symmetrical. Now thinking of other piercings I was just to go back- I highly recommend going here. 10/10 experience.

Had a helix piercing done here. It all seemed to go well, but my ear swelled a bit as expected after a piercing. There was no room for movement with the (flat backed) earring used and it ended up sinking into my ear and I had to painfully pull the whole thing out of the back of my ear as I couldn't push it back out. After I removed it I was quite shocked at how short the earring post was considering it was used for a new piercing and would've thought that a longer one would be used to make room for swelling. It was much shorter than a standard earring post. I have put a longer flat back earring in so hopefully this one shouldn't cause any issues. Had a longer post been used I think it would've been perfectly fine. If you get a piercing done here just ask to see the post to check it's long enough before going ahead with it

Daughter came to have her nose pierced, was told any problems come back and see me. Daughter was screaming in agony all night. Turns out the piercing was done too high up the nose and wasn’t fully pierced through using a nose stud with a ball on the end rather than standard curved stud. Tried to go back the next day for the help that was offered to find the shop closed and any calls being declined. Also told it was £25 for the torture but was charged £35. I’d steer well clear of this place in future.

Had a piercing there. Got pierced too deep. Was hurting really bad for weeks. Went back and spoke to someone else in there (who worked there) and she said the same thing happened to her. She said a lot of stuff and said she was leaving to get a new job. Had to have the piercing taken out. Couldn’t even sleep the night before because of the pain. And that’s when I was told that too much skin had been pierced!!!

I had an amazing experience with her! I got my septum done on the 24th so yesterday for me. But it was so good. It didn’t hurt to much after and I felt extremely comfortable around her. I’m usually quite nervous with new people but she was so welcoming. Will definitely be going again!

Absolutely amazing customer service today when I took my daughter in to get her belly button pierced, Emily was great with her talked her through what was going to happen let her pick her belly bar talked her through cleaning and told her to come back if she wants it changed and she’ll sterilise everything and change it for her and even tried the clamp on her finger first to show her how it would feel, very calm and friendly which really helps if people are feeling a little nervous can’t recommend enough thank you so much ❤️

My daughter had her ears pierced at the beginning of summer, the lady was really patient with her and so friendly! Totally happy with the piercing and the advice on after care. Definitely recommend.

Walked in for helix piercing yesterday. Greeted by Emily and her team what a great atmosphere. Emily really knows her stuff and I ended up with 2 piercings both healing well! I will be back for more.
